Magnificent Manawatū River Star Glowing Path

This Eco-City committed project was designed by Rangitāne and is located along the Manawatū River in North Palmerston, New Zealand. The glowing river pattern is powered by Ambient Glow Technology’s innovative zero-energy AGT™ ULTRA Grade ½” Emerald Yellow glow stones and symbolizes the ferocity of the river water. This public concrete glowing trail has an exposed aggregate finish.

The project, completed in 2019, spans approximately 2.2 hectares and is visible from Te Motu o Poutoa, which is a site of great significance to iwi and home to some of the best views of the city.
