Refund policy
We want you to be confident in your AGT™ purchase. If you need to return an eligible product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
All returns require a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before being shipped back. To request an RMA, call 1-877-248-8641 and have your order number available.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, products must be:
- Unused and unopened;
- In their original packaging; and
- In resaleable condition.
Opened bags or containers of AGT™ Glowing Mini Pebbles, Glow Stones, Glow Sand, FLEX-GLO™ or other aggregate products cannot be returned.
Products that have been installed, mixed, broadcast, seeded, troweled, embedded or otherwise incorporated into a project are also non-returnable.
Approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Original shipping, freight, brokerage, duties and related charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an AGT™ shipping error.
Glow Performance
AGT™ products are photoluminescent and must first absorb energy from sunlight, artificial light or UV light before they glow.
Actual glow intensity and duration will vary depending on factors such as charging conditions, product color, installation method, surface exposure, surrounding light and the amount of time since charging.
A difference in perceived brightness or glow intensity does not, by itself, mean the product is defective.

Images and videos shown on ambientglowtechnology.com are intended to demonstrate the appearance and potential applications of AGT™ products.
Photoluminescent materials can be difficult to photograph accurately. Camera settings, darkness, exposure and image processing can affect how the glow appears. In some cases, AGT™ products may also be rapid-charged with UV light before photography to clearly demonstrate their glow characteristics.
Website images are therefore illustrative only and are not a guarantee of identical brightness, color, glow intensity or finished appearance.
Installation Responsibility
AGT™ supplies photoluminescent materials but does not control third-party installation, workmanship or the concrete, asphalt, pool plaster, resin, coatings, sealers or other materials into which AGT™ products are incorporated.
AGT™ is not responsible for issues resulting from improper installation, insufficient product exposure, finishing methods, product environment or other conditions outside AGT’s control.
Manufacturing defect and warranty claims are handled separately under the applicable AGT™ Limited Warranty.
