All our orders are delivered via UPS or FedEx Courier within 36hours of ordering if a product is in stock. If a custom order is needed, we can arrange for larger freight services to handle pallets and large boxes. Depending on your area, delivery times are between 5-10 business days. We always try our best to satisfy all our clients. In the unlikely event that a customer chooses to return any AGT product,IT MUST BE WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF THE DATE OF RECEIPT. ANY purchase over 30 days will not be accepted. Product returns will ONLY be accepted by our Shipping & Receiving Department if accompanied by a prior issued RMA# (Return Materials Authorization). Any product that is returned in unsaleable condition will be discarded and no refund for said product will be issued. Product that is accepted by our staff as saleable will be subject to a 35% re-stocking fee. For any claims please call 1-877-248-8641 to start the process. You'll need to quote your order number so have that available at the time of your call.


You can order online as our "Guest" which will create an account for you at the time of purchasing one or more of our products. From that time on you can use your account to save time. We accept, Visa and Mastercard. Wire Transfers are preferrd for any large/custom orders.

All orders outside North America can ONLY be purchased via telephone and/or email.
