Penn State University was testing the luminosity of AGT™ ULTRA glow stones for a potential campus project. First, the AGT™ glow rocks were placed in concrete. Once the concrete was cured, they exposed the glow rocks to the surface using wet polishers fitted with diamond polishing pads.

- AGT™ 1/4" Ultra Grade in Aqua Blue
They were extremely happy with AGT™'s performance and used the glowing concrete tiles they created for a pilot campus project.
