Glowing Backyard Patio Fire Pit Area
This backyard project uses AGT™ Ultra Grade Aqua Blue Glow Stones to create a functional and visually interesting outdoor entertainment area. The design includes a stamped concrete patio with a curved shape, bordered by a perimeter of glow stones embedded in the surface. These stones absorb sunlight during the day and emit a soft glow at night, adding a simple but effective element to the space.

The focal point of the backyard is a stacked stone fire pit located in the center of the patio. Glow stones were also used around the fire pit, providing a glowing outline that stands out when the sun goes down and the fire is lit. The glow around the fire pit adds a bit of light to the area, creating a comfortable space for evening gatherings.
In the back of the patio, an inlay of a compass was created using AGT™ Aqua Blue Fine Glow Sand. This feature serves as both a decorative design and a functional compass, glowing softly at night. By adding glow sand, this inlay becomes visible after dark, offering a subtle enhancement to the overall design of the patio.
This project shows how glow stones and glow sand can improve the aesthetics of any outdoor space. The glow provides enough light to guide movement around the patio while also creating a visually appealing element. Whether it's for hosting guests or simply relaxing by the fire, this backyard patio is both practical and inviting, day or night.
